We will be conducting maintenance on Thursday 4/9/2026 at 10:30 PM CST to the Search infrastructure which supports TrackPMS. As part of the maintenance, we will be implementing updates to improve performance and address any potential application issues. The maintenance will take approximately 3 hours to complete. During this time, there will be multiple 2 to 3 minute intervals where searching for unit information might timeout or will be slower than expected. The Track Platform will remain online during this maintenance.

Note: There are no further actions for our customers.

Affected services include: TrackPMS (Searching Capabilities)

Maintenance Window: Thursday, April 9th 10:30 PM – April 10th 1:30 AM CDT

Estimated downtime: Minimal downtime is expected for Searching capabilities in TrackPMS. Multiple 2 to 3 minute intervals.
