TrackPMS - Brief Timeouts around 10:49 AM CDT

We have received monitoring alerts around 10:49 AM CDT. Customers might have experienced timeouts with 503 errors for a few seconds. This might have impacted Portal logins and caused timeouts with API connections. The issue was self-resolved. We have found the root cause to be related to an instance dropping connections, this was automatically removed through our auto-scaling processes. There are no further actions at this time.
