TRACK Scheduled Maintenance – Downtime

We will be conducting maintenance to our database services, which support the TrackPMS Product on Thursday 8/28/2025 at 11:00 PM CDT. Customers will experience minimal downtime, which will be a short period of connectivity with a duration of 15 minutes. The TrackPMS services will be impacted by this change for a 15 minute interval.

Affected services include:
TrackPMS

Maintenance Window: Thursday, 8/28 at 11:00 PM CDT - Friday, 8/29 at 1:00 AM CDT
Estimated downtime: Customers might experience connectivity issues for about 15 minutes during the maintenance window. This will impact portal logins as well as API connectivity into the TrackPMS product.
