We have received confirmation from API2PDF that their services are currently being restored. At this time, the PDF functionality within TrackPMS is operational. Our team will continue to monitor the situation to ensure ongoing stability.

Identified -
We have received reports from multiple clients stating that they are receiving an error message when trying to open Owner Statements. This is mainly impacting sites with reCaptcha. The cause of the issue is related to our third-party service used for pdf conversions. The third-party service is API2PDF, which is hosted on the Google GCP platform. Google GCP is currently facing an outage across multiple services https://status.cloud.google.com/. We are currently monitoring closely and working with our third-party service to ensure all services are returned to a functional state.
Note: There are no other services, which are currently impacted by this issue. This is specifically related to opening Owner Statements.
