Per Twilio, they have observed a recovery in voice calls and are continuing to monitor service stability. Their next update is expected within 2 hours.

Track Hospitality systems are fully operational. However, Twilio is reporting a voice call audio quality degradation affecting calls between a subset of Twilio U.S. phone numbers and T-Mobile subscribers in the United States.
